  • How do I get started?

    Once you've subscribed, you'll be invited to a shared Slack workspace where we manage your automation requests. That's it! You can request new workflows or edits to existing ones. If anything is unclear, we'll reach out.

  • When will my workflows be ready?

    On average, we process requests for new workflows in under 48 hours but more complex automations can take longer.

  • Is there a limit to how many automations I can request?

    Once you've subscribed, can add as many requests as you want and we'll work on them one. You can also re prioritize requests in your queue to reflect changes in your needs.

  • How does it work for larger automations?

    We break them down into smaller pieces and work on the automation until it's done. You'll receive updates every 24-48 hours on our progress and intermediate outputs, where possible.

  • What if the automation doesn't do exactly what I wanted?

    Before going live, we generate previews showing how your automation handles real scenarios. You review and approve before anything runs in production. And if something is off, no worries! We'll revise it until it's doing exactly what you wanted.

  • What if our process changes?

    Submit an update request. We'll modify the automation to match your new process. That's what "unlimited requests" means—changes, updates, and new builds.

  • What tools and platforms do you work with?

    Most popular business tools: CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), accounting (QuickBooks, Xero), project management (Asana, ClickUp, Monday), email (Gmail, Outlook), and hundreds more. If you use it, we can probably automate with it. If we can't, we'll tell you upfront.

    We don't support any kind of automation that requires a browser or scraping large amounts of information, whether public or gated.

  • What is your refund policy?

  • Can I use Task Force for one month only?

    Sure thing! If you reach a point where you don't need any more new automation or changes to your existing workflows, you can switch to our maintenance plan at $199/mo which will keep all your workflows running. When you're ready for more, you're welcome to restart your subscription.

  • How do you handle our data and security?

    We follow industry-standard security practices. Your data passes through secure, encrypted connections. We never store sensitive information unless absolutely necessary for the automation to function. Happy to address any specific concerns you may have, just reach out at hello@taskforce.tech.
